CEO Dr. Ayowole Adeoti DTh

Ayowole Adeoti is the President and CEO of True Outreach Inc. Houston Texas. He graduated from University of Lagos, with a Bachelor degree in Management in 1984 and Master of Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology 2001. In his passion to serve his community through counseling and reduction of epidemic of drug problems that severe many families and homes he returns to College and obtains a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Ayowole Adeoti hold a professional license in the state of Texas as License substance abuse counselor and North Carolina board of substance Abuse professional practice board as License Clinical Addiction Specialist (Associate).
He a member of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI), Omega Zeta (OZ) chapter; CSI is an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling. He is a member of the American Counseling Association; American Mental Health Counseling Association

Director Of True Outreach

Director Dr. Anthony Iroko, DPh

Anthony Iroko started with the organization 2015 as the program Coordinator. He is currently the Program Director. He is also a Therapon (faith-based) Belief therapist and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Anthony completed his ungraduated degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude) in psychology from Walden University 2011. He also earned a master’s degree (MS) in Public Health from Walden in November 2016. Currently a candidate for DrPH at Walden University. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and a member of the American Public Health Association. Anthony has a long record of active volunteering in the community; his passion is working with the homeless population sharing hope with those who are searching for purpose in life.

The Program Manager Of True Outreach

Dr. Pilloya Lillian, Ph.D. Psychology

Ms. Piloya Lillian obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science and a Master of Arts in Psychology, from Northcentral University – Arizona in Educational Psychology. She proceeded to complete her Master of Arts, degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology in 2017 at Touro University Worldwide – San Diego, California. Ms. Piloya recently bagged a Doctor of Psychology from Capella University in 2021.
Therefore, she is well equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for Mental Health cases & crises management and using the appropriate interventions when needed for challenging or unsafe client behaviors. Ms. Piloya join True Outreach inc. as a License Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern in 2022 to date where she serve as the Program manager.
